Communication skills

Practise the core doctor-call communication cycle used by a new medical representative in India: open a focused call, ask useful questions, listen for the doctor's actual concern, explain approved product information clearly, respond without bluffing, handle objections respectfully and close the conversation. The course develops clarity, listening and professional follow-through through synthetic role-plays. It does not teach product science, prescribe medicines, promote off-label use, promise sales results, imitate an accent, or replace employer training and approved promotional material.

Needed across

What you will be able to answer

You receive an approved mock product aid, a fictional doctor profile and a five-minute meeting slot. What can you produce and demonstrate?

A purpose-led call plan, a concise and balanced explanation grounded only in the supplied material, useful discovery questions, supported responses to objections and unknowns, and a clear close. You can then role-play the conversation and score your own clarity, listening, evidence boundaries and follow-through without making a prescribing claim or promising a sale.
