Municipal / ULB Planner

A planner embedded in a municipal corporation or urban local body. You work on city development plans, building-plan approvals, ward-level infrastructure, and mission programs (AMRUT, Smart Cities) at the city tier. Posts exist but are fewer and often routed through PSC or contractual mission hiring.
