1. About these terms
These Terms govern your use of Skills, a Thrivee product. By using Skills or purchasing access to a skill, you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
Skills provides career-oriented educational content arranged into skills and concepts. The first concept of a skill may be available free of charge, while the remaining concepts may require a one-time purchase.
The content is provided for educational purposes. Thrivee does not guarantee employment, admission, earnings, professional certification, or any other career outcome.
3. Accounts
You may browse free content without an account. An account is required to purchase and access paid content.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in email and for activity associated with your account. Purchases and learning progress are linked to the account used at checkout.
4. Purchases and access
Prices are displayed in Indian rupees before payment. Payments are processed through Razorpay and may also be subject to Razorpay's terms.
A successful purchase provides personal, non-transferable access to the purchased skill. There is no subscription or recurring charge unless one is clearly disclosed before checkout.
Purchased content may be updated, reorganised, or replaced to improve the learning experience. Access remains linked to the purchasing account while Skills continues to offer that content.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed individually.
A refund may be provided where required by law, for duplicate or incorrect charges, where purchased access cannot be provided after a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, or where the service is materially different from what was presented at purchase.
Change-of-mind requests made after paid learning material has been accessed may be declined.
To request a refund, email contact@thrivee.ai with the account email, skill name, and order reference. Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.
6. Privacy
Skills may collect and process:
- Account information, including your email address and authentication identifier
- Purchase information, including skill, amount, order reference, payment reference, and payment status
- Concepts you mark as completed
- Degree requests, waitlist selections, and the email supplied for those updates
- Support messages and technical information needed to operate and secure the service
This information is used to authenticate users, provide purchased access, save progress, process and reconcile payments, send requested launch updates, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Skills uses service providers such as Supabase for authentication and data storage, Razorpay for payments, and hosting or infrastructure providers required to operate the website. Personal information may also be disclosed where required by law.
Thrivee does not sell personal information.
You may contact contact@thrivee.ai to request information about your data or ask for correction or deletion. Some transaction or account records may need to be retained for legal, security, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
7. Acceptable use
You may use Skills only for your personal learning. You may not:
- Share or resell paid access
- Copy, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit the content
- Scrape or systematically extract content or data
- Circumvent access controls or interfere with the service
- Use Skills unlawfully or attempt to access another person's account
The Skills website, presentation, original writing, and organisation remain the property of Thrivee or its licensors. Embedded or referenced third-party material remains the property of its respective owners.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Skills where reasonably necessary. We may also update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by revising the date shown on this page.
9. Responsibility
Skills is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Thrivee is not responsible for indirect losses arising from reliance on educational content or interruptions outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a concern, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it. Unresolved disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
